Recipes made easy with Peppe Terra


  • 600g rice
  • 1 kg / 21b meat or chicken
  • 1ltr / 2pints stock
  • 200ml groundnut oil
  • Seasoning
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (Terra Thyme)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon curry (Terra Curry)
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Packs of Peppe Terra (70gm pack)
  • 1 Pack of Terra Tomato Paste

Jollof Rice



  1. Wash the meat or chicken, season with garlic and salt. Place to cook until tender.
  2. Wash the rice and leave to drain.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the cooked meat until brown. Remove from pan and fry with some stock & about half pack of PEPPE TERRA for 5 to 10minutes.
  4. Add Terra Tomato Paste (to taste) and seasonings, as per requirement. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the washed rice and gradually add the remaining stock, stirring continuously.
  6. Bring to boil and reduced heat, cook for 15minutes until nearly soft.
  7. Add the fried meats along with sliced tomato & onion.
  8. Stir, cover and allow to steam until all the liquid is well absorbed.
  9. Serve hot garnished with meat pieces and boiled eggs.
